Let’s do this, Monday.

Daily Dose: Advance Base, “Summon Satan”
You have to love an artist that self-describes his work as “sad bastard music.”
Daily Dose: Los Angeles Police Department, “Grown”
Oh, I wish I was in the room when this band name was chosen.
Daily Dose: Kiefer, “What a Day”
Daily Dose: River Whyless, “Motel 6”
Daily Dose: Villagers, “A Trick of the Light”
So in love with this track. Putting it on repeat…repeat…repeat…
Daily Dose: Roo Panes, “Sketches of Summer”
Another sweet one for your summer playlist, lovies.
Daily Dose: Cigarettes After Sex, “Crush”
Daily Dose: Melody’s Echo Chamber, “Cross My Heart”
I am totally obsessed with this album. It feels so fresh, mixing 1960s French psychedelia with Britpop nuances, a dose of funky jazz flute, and some subtle hip hop riffs in the middle for good measure.
If I close my eyes, I can almost imagine myself floating through Paris as an extra in an unmade Serge Gainsbourg film.
Daily Dose: Victory, “Open Your Eyes”
I mean, if you’re good enough to catch Jay Z’s attention while singing in Central Park…you’re good enough for just about anything.
